The Famous Five

Yesterday while eating dinner the boys were watching Nemo. I told Xander it could stay on as long as he was still eating. He wondered how he could do both things at once. I told him to put a spoonful in his mouth and then watch the movie until he’d finished chewing, and then have another spoonful. He thought for a minute and then said, “Good point, Mummy!”



Today the boys received a special treat from the bakery because they’d been so good for me. They ate their ‘Little Foot’ biscuits when they’d finished their lunch. Marshall was first to finish and promptly asked for more, but unfortunately for him we didn’t have any. He gave up his argument and sat with me on the couch, until Xander said from the table, “I have some I can share with Marshall!” He’d broken a little bit off for his little brother!! It was even more adorable when Marshall gave him a huge smile and said, “Tanks Ander”. Xander also broke a little bit off for Mummy and Amelia, but we let him have it!
