Drive in - Kung Fu Panda 2

To round of the holidays we had a trip to the drive in to see Kung Fu Panda 2. It really is a squeeze in the car with the big kids in the front seat but a great night out

Marshall away

Aunty Cath had visitors during the school holidays and one, being Teirnan, was in need of a mate to play with. So Marshall was commandeered to avoid all the girl germs. Three nights later we got him back after having a cracking time in Mount Eliza. Hopefully he picked up some footy tips.

Nightshift

Well its been 8 years since the last one and now here we are. Seven days of nightshift with the Dawson five. Well it all went very well with the kids letting Dad sleep and Mum doing a sterling job of keeping them occupied.

Talking Tom

So the kids have a spare iPhone for listening to music etc. Well now its 'my phone' according to Keeley after she found Talking Tom. Now we cant get the phone out of her hands and we are slightly sick of "rossi" talking to us, especially when he repeats a good telling off. Somehow it loses its impact.

Xanders birthday

Xander turned 8 and of course had a party, but what theme. After watching some scary movies it was decided on a haunted house theme so off to Lombards. So with the rumpus full of cobwebs and spiders it was set off with the smoke machine and thriller playing on the ipod. A bought of sickness meant a few mates had to pull out but his core mates were there to play make a mummy and then stacks on dad as they picked it all up. A great day and a wonderful cake, yet again.
