Xanders 4th Party

Xander had his official fourth birthday party today with a few friends. The theme was fancy dress and everyone came looking cool. Things were going great till Marshall smacked his face and cut open his just healed lip. The usual party food and a couple of games of pass the parcel and pin the spider on the web. Then the song and another of Dettes famous birthday cakes. Mummy had hissy fits earlier when she couldn't get the icing red enough. Xander then said, "I dont mind if Spiderman is pink mummy."

Sickness

Sickness has struck Cobblestone Ave with Dette speechless. Yes she has laringitus and has gone three days with minimal vocal skills. Amelia has a very bad chest with darth vadar rattling breath. Marshall has tonsilitis and has really not been himself today. Both went to the doctor today and Amelia had a go on the nebulizer to clear her lungs. The doctor said, "Steel yourself, she will not like this and will probably scream the house down." Well no, she was as good as gold and ended up holding the mask on herself!!!! Doctor and nurse stunned and suggested a photo.

Speed detector

Well i've got some new gadgets in the car. Satellite navigation and speed detector. The sat nav is a pretty standard installation but the speed detector is almost 4 years old. Xander has now mastered all Victorian speed limit signs and reads out every single one as your driving along. If you dont acknowledge the current limit he will repeat it until you comply. Expensive technology and very advanced. Certainly stops me speeding!!!!

Friday night at the Fozzies

The boys were starting to look like shaggy dogs so it was time to see Milly and get a trim. There was a lot of excitement as they always enjoy playing with the Fosters and love getting their hair cut. The boys looked like new models after the trims and got to run around the garden. Milly had cooked an absolutely fantastic curry too with all the trimmings. The kids then all had a bath (two shifts) then jammies and off to home. After the kids were in bed, Dette had the pleasure of finishing off her school reports, while Richard fell asleep on the couch.

Richard: "Boys , what was your favourite thing last night at Fozzies?"

Marshall: "My hair cut."

Xander: "Hearing Mr Pluggy."

Dette in Perth

Dette flew out to Perth on Friday and Madison came to stay for the weekend. It was a fairly normal weekend but with Madisons help the amigos had lots of fun. Here's a few snaps.
